  Couple times deliver my bills to the wrong person and because I was busy I didn't notice until the next billing cycle come and I have to call EVERY SINGLE COMPANY to waive for my late fee (including water, credit, electricity, cable and internet, etc). When I complained in-person at the USPS, the lady said: "Oh sorry I am not in charged at that shift so I really don't know who delivered your bills to the wrong one." I know that is not your shift but at least report that person to the higher up so they will know. One more thing, when I came to pick up my package because I wasn't home at the time they delivered it, they couldn't find my package and asked me for my number so they can contact me once they find it. It has been 2 days and no one gives me a call. While waiting, I saw an employee working inside throw a package literally like a kid throwing a toy. If you don't respect the items/packages of customers then I don't think you are suit for this job. This place is really bad.
