    I like (used to love) Springhill suites, some of the front staff is Fri, some are not, acts as if you are bothering them when asked questions. They need more or bigger trash cans in the rooms. They have taken the little slower caps, away, the rooms are not vacuumed everyday and raised the rate of the room with nothing added. More next time.
