  Do not recommend. Unprofessional and rude receptionist, high turnover of groomers, and terrible service.
  I've taken my dog here for grooming three times in the past 7 months and have gotten three different groomers. The first one did a pretty good job, but she no longer worked there when we went back the second time. The second one did a good job, but we had problems with the receptionist. She said they didn't have proof of our rabies vaccine even though we had obviously brought it to them the first time, and then she argued with us about it. Then she tried to say that she didn't tell me my dog would be ready in the amount of time that she told me he would be ready. Don't argue with costumers and say "I didn't say that" about something you most definitely did say. Just say, "I'm very sorry for the misunderstanding. How can we make it up to you?" which is along the lines of what the owner said after he came out to talk to me about it. He and the groomer were very apologetic and nice, so I decided to give them another try, but I greatly regret going back the third time. We received yet another groomer who gave us the worst haircut I've seen in 12 years of owning long-haired dogs. It was longer than I asked for, choppy, uneven, and looked like someone with absolutely zero experience did it. It was so bad, it was beyond fixing. I let it grow out for about 5 weeks and then had another groomer (from a different business) touch it up. She said she hadn't seen anything that bad in her 15 years of being a groomer, even back in training. I will never go back to Pet Spa and Retreat.
