  This has been my first year experience with Kelsey Seybold, my review of it is mixed. There are some excellent doctors and staff, some actually quite stellar, that would be Dr. Jessica Stull at Tanglewood and Dr. Greg Gallar here at main campus. Lisa Mook, dietition at Tanglewood is also amazing, because of these three I have not been in better health and they represent what Kelsey would consider good patient care. As far as Kelsey locations I do favor Tanglewood, everyone there are amazing.
  
  My reason for not giving higher stars is as follows
  
  Beware of choosing a Kelsey Care insurance plan, on its own or in conjunction with another carrier. If the adds look too good to be true it is in this case. The loop holes will bite. In 2018 the cost for Kelsey care changes to limited care via community health choice goes up 50% Yikes!
  
  The KelseyOnline that you can use to communicate with your doctor is not private anyone in the Kelsey organization including administration can see you and your Doctors dialog and in my case and experience resulted in a string of problems of huge proportion. The experience broke all my confidence in Kelsey Seybold and especially in the Main Campus General Surgery department not to mention embarrassing.
  
  In conclusion Kelsey Seybold does have some positive things but the ones that are negative have some serious problems. Unfortunately overall I see very only a few that represent great patient care the rest not so much.
